But during the Hot Sellers Market the sale to list price ratio that we were achieving was much higher, up to 112%. For New Construction, please ask; we Negotiate on your behalf without a commission cost to you to save you money and get you the best property and deal ✅ We continually see Home Owners with Buyers Remorse, or where they were not made aware of more suitable Communities; Site Locations and Upgrades; Not to mention Sales Price. We help with all of that. Also, keep in mind that the New Construction sales people work for the developer / builder, not for you. We will always have your best interests in mind.
